I couldn't be more unhappy with ProStores. Their system is very restrictive meaning that many of the improvements and changes we would normally implement ourselves are off-limits. We have no control over many aspects of the functionality.

Don't even bother calling Prostores for help. Their representatives are located outside of the country in India, and they have no idea how to help you. They put you on hold every time you call for what seems like forever. Just when you think they
